Transfer of Industrials REIT Ltd to a Main Market premium listing

Industrials REIT is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and Johannesburg Stock Exchange and invests in a diversified portfolio of UK multi-let industrial (MLI) properties with the strategic goal of becoming the leading MLI business in the UK. 

In December 2021, Industrials REIT Ltd transferred the admission to trading of its shares from the Specialist Fund Segment to the Premium Segment of the Main Market.  The transfer is expected to broaden Industrials REIT's share register and reflects its transition to a focused UK MLI operating business and the rotation of its shareholder register to primarily UK and EEA investors.
