On 30 April 2026, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (""CDIL"") was admitted to the closed-ended investment funds category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s main market, migrating its listing from the Specialist Funds Segment.

CDIL is the owner and operator of digital infrastructure assets in the UK, the EEA and North America.  The migration gives it access to a potentially wider pool of capital, broadens its appeal to a wider range of investors and, based on its market capitalisation, should make it eligible for inclusion in the FTSE 250.
