CityFibre acquires certain assets of KCOM Group plc

Acquisition of certain of the national network infrastructure assets of KCOM Group plc and re-admission of the enlarged group to AIM. The transaction constitutes a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. Total consideration is £90m is being funded by way of an equity fundraising of £80m and debt facilities. The market cap of the enlarged group at the placing price is £132.8m.
