Homes for All 2015: Building Britain

23 March 2015

The UK is failing to meet its building targets year after year and much needs to be done to close the gap in supply and demand for housing. Our latest report on the UK housing shortfall, 'Homes for All 2015' collates the views of decision makers from housing developers and housing associations.

The findings are clear; 94% of those surveyed thought that reaching the government target of 245,000 new homes per annum in the next two years was unrealistic. The planning process is still the main barrier to residential development, a result that exactly mirrors last year's 'Homes for All' report.
