Matthew McDevitt

I have worked in the forensic accounting team since 2006. My primary area of expertise is commercial disputes, and I also have experience of alternative dispute resolution, expert determinations, investigations and forensic audits.

I have acted as an expert witness on two occasions, and I have also given oral testimony in the High Court. In addition, I have assisted experts in the High Court, international arbitrations under LCIA, ICC, Swiss, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules, the Competition Appeal Tribunal and UK arbitrations. My experience covers a wide range of sectors, and I have assisted clients in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America.

I am a Fellow of the ICAEW.
