I specialise in SEC Reporting and accounting conversions to US GAAP and IFRS. My work covers accounting conversions to and from US GAAP, US IPO readiness, US IPOs, SEC Registered Offerings and Internal Control over Financial Reporting. I provide deep technical knowledge and act as a key partner for non-audit clients on US accounting and SEC reporting matters.
