SDI (Cheshunt) Limited acquired all of the units in Brookfield Property Unit Trust, owner of the Brookfield Shopping Park in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. The retail park covers almost 93,000 sq ft and is located 3 miles from the M25 which encircles London.

SDI (Cheshunt) Limited is part of a wider group of companies with the acquisition adding to the existing portfolio of assets held within the retail sector.
