Listed on the London Stock Exchange, LendInvest is a leading technology driven platform for short-term, buy-to-let and homeowner mortgages.
In July 2026, LendInvest Secured Income III plc completed a further issue of bonds under the £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme it established in 2025 for the purpose of originating or purchasing eligible loans. The issue closed early and raised £75m of which £25m have been allocated and £50m retained for future sale. It is the LendInvest group’s sixth sterling small-denomination bond bringing its total issuance to £390m over 9 years.
BDO acted as reporting accountant in respect of both this issue and the establishment of the EMTN Programme.
