Investment in Signature Private Finance Holdings Ltd by Foresight Group

BDO provided financial due diligence for Foresight Group, an infrastructure and private equity investment manager, who supported the MBO of Signature Private Finance Holdings Limited from Cabot Square Capital with an investment of £16.8m. Signature specialises in short-term bridging finance loans to property developers, landlords, companies and investors. Signature, which was established in 2013 has grown its loan book to c£40m and will look to continue growing its loan book with Foresights backing. Signature is the third specialist lender that Foresight has backed.
