BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to Growth Capital Partners (GCP) on its investment in Flint Global, a political, policy and regulatory competition advisory firm.
Founded in 2015, Flint has deep sector expertise in financial services, pharma, technology, communications, energy and sustainability, and provides services to clients from its offices in London and Brussels.
GCP's investment is to support the next phase of growth, through talent acquisition, broadening of the service offering for clients and long-term development of business functions.
