BDO has advised on the sale of WM Brokers Limited to Global Risk Partners 'GRP'.
WM Brokers Limited (formerly the general insurance business of Woodward Markwell Insurance Brokers Limited) is an East Anglian based chartered insurance broker that has been established in the Ipswich area for over 40 years. It offers bespoke insurance broking services including a range of business, personal and specialist insurance services. Managing Director David McGowan will remain with the business as it looks to capitalise on GRP's investment in the future of the business.
