BDO acted as reporting accountant for the step up from AIM to the Main Market of Amaroq Ltd.
Amaroq is a mining company focused on unlocking Greenland's mineral potential through the exploration, development and production of gold and other strategic minerals. Its flagship asset is the Nalunaq Gold Mine, which achieved first gold production in November 2024 and provides the operational foundation for the Company's growth strategy.
The Company is working to expand mineral resources around Nalunaq and across its wider Greenland portfolio, while also exploring for other strategic minerals. Amaroq holds an extensive portfolio of mining and exploration licences covering approximately 8,170 km² across Greenland.
